Exam Application Form

Special Note: Students are required to fill the exam application form without any mistake and without any delay submit the same to the office.

ವಿಶೇಷ ಸೂಚನೆ: ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ತಪ್ಪಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಳಂಬವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
